อาจารย์ วสันต์ กัลยาสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขา MBA Lean Manufacturing & Logistics Management จากสถาบันเทคโนโลยีไทย-ญี่ปุ่น และปริญญาโท MBA สาขา Industrial Management จากมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง รวมถึงปริญญาตรีด้านการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม ปัจจุบันกำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ด้านวิศวกรรมและการจัดการเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านโลจิสติกส์ และทางด้านการจัดการอุตสาหกรรมมากกว่า 25 ปี
